Chile de Arbol


These 10 to 12,5 cm long, narrow peppers.
The peppers ripen from green to bright red and are slightly less pungent than Cayenner peppers. De Arbol means treelike and refers too the woody stems attached to the peppers. Chile de Arbol peppers originate in Mexico and are also know as Bird Beak Peppers. Very well suited for salsa's, hot sauzes, taco's, soups and stir frying.
